Karen Davis

Karen Davis has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Karen most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at Waverton Investment Management since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Amundi Asset Management, the largest asset management firm in Europe. Their role at Amundi involved developing savings solutions and designing products for institutional clients. Before joining Amundi, Karen worked as the Head of Human Resources - Europe at Tibra Capital and as the Director & Head of HR at Landsbanki. Karen also has experience as an International HR Manager at T.Rowe Price International and as an HR Business Partner at Xchanging. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant HR Manager at KPMG.

Karen Davis attended Barton Court Grammar School in Canterbury from 1985 to 1990. Karen then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of the West of England, graduating in 2000.
