Chris Gibson

Chris Gibson currently serves as the UK Practice Lead at Wavestone, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Chris was the Chief Executive Officer at PEN from August 2012 to April 2024, specializing in expert advice for the Financial Services and Life Sciences industries. Chris also has a significant background in consulting, having been a Director and Head of Retail Banking at Navigant Consulting from August 2007 to September 2012, where a Retail Banking practice generating £7-10 million in revenue was developed. Earlier career experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Troika UK Ltd and Consultant at PwC, focusing on Retail Banking and business technology integration. Chris holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 1995 and 1999.
