Rebecca Yaffa has been working in customer success for over three years. Rebecca started their career at GooseChase as the Head of Customer Success and was quickly promoted to Director of Customer Experience. In their role at GooseChase, Rebecca was responsible for managing the customer experience team and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

In 2018, Rebecca left GooseChase to join Ratehub.ca as their Office Manager. Rebecca was responsible for managing the office, overseeing administrative functions, and providing support to the sales team. After a year at Ratehub.ca, Rebecca was promoted to Associate Account Manager & Office Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for managing client relationships, providing customer service, and administering office functions.

In 2016, Rebecca began working at Firmex as a Client Services Consultant. In this role, they provided onboarding and professional services support to clients. Rebecca was quickly promoted to Client Services Consultant, Onboarding & Professional Services Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support, and developing relationships with clients.

Rebecca is currently a Customer Success Manager at Wavy, where they are responsible for managing customer relationships and providing support throughout the customer journey.

Rebecca Yaffa has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a certification from the Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. in Fitness Instructor Specialist.

They are on a team with Liz Hastings (she/her) - Partner Success & Marketplace Operations Lead, Gaurav Chande (he/him) - VP, Product, and Noah Warder - Fractional HR/People. Rebecca Yaffa reports to Shawn Hewat (she/her), CEO & Co-founder.
