Debbie Polishook

Debbie Polishook serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Wawa, Inc., actively participating in both the Compensation and Nomination & Governance Committees. Polishook is also a Board Member at Trinity Consultants, which provides Environmental, Health and Safety solutions, and Quatrro Business Support Services, recognized as one of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies. As Chairperson of the Board at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Polishook oversees the Nomination, Remuneration, and Compensation committee for a firm focused on technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management services. Previously, Polishook was a Board Member at Micro Focus until its acquisition in January 2023 and held various leadership roles at Accenture from 1985 to 2020, with a focus on business process services and transformation across multiple industries. Polishook holds a BA in Economics from Tulane University and an MBA in Accounting/Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
