Kristin Willis

Kristin Willis is an accomplished operations and training manager with significant experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Amazon since February 2025 and Training General Manager at Wawa, Inc. since January 2022, Kristin has previously held the position of Store Director at Target from September 2015 to January 2022, where leadership skills were leveraged to manage a $45 million business and a team of up to 250 members.
