Paola Papi

Paola Papi is the Managing Director of Way To Blue in Italy. Paola has over 20 years of experience working in the film industry in a variety of marketing, communication, and public relations roles.

Paola started their career at 20th Century Fox Italy in 1992 as the Responsible for the Press Office and Advertising. In this role, they were responsible for the organic structuring of the Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing sectors. This included creating annual budgets, planning media operations and promotional activities divided among individual products, maintaining a library of marketing documents and press clippings, and developing relationships with key media contacts.

In 2002, Paola moved to Buena Vista International - Div. Walt Disney Company where they took on the role of Responsible for the Press Office and Publicity. In this role, they were responsible for managing the press office, organizing press screenings and events, and handling publicity for all releases.

In 2004, Paola joined ARCHIBALD ENTERPRISE FILM as the Direttore Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the organic structuring of the Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing sectors. This included creating annual budgets, planning media operations and promotional activities divided among individual products, maintaining a library of marketing documents and press clippings, and developing relationships with key media contacts. Paola also led research and studies on new advertising lines and locales.

Paola has been with Way To Blue since 2011 and manages all aspects of the company's communications, public relations, and marketing in Italy.

They are on a team with Dean Stafford - Global Media Director, Neil Kleiner - Managing Director, UK, and Lance Moylan - Head of Finance. Their manager is Daniel Heale, Global CEO & President.
