Ashindi Maxton

Ashindi Maxton is an experienced leader in philanthropy and social justice, currently serving as a Board Member for Way to Win and Voqal, as well as the Texas Organizing Project. Previously, Ashindi held the position of Executive Director at the Donors of Color Network and has worked as a Philanthropic Strategist for several organizations, including the Women Donors Network and SEIU International. Other key roles include Board Chair at Free Speech TV and Director of Political Partnerships at SEIU International. Ashindi's early career includes significant contributions as National Policy Manager at the NAACP and Principal at Children's Studio School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from Vassar College.
