Maddie Medved serves as the Narrative and Communications Manager at Way to Win since May 2023, focusing on implementing communications strategies and building partnerships. As Co-CEO and co-founder of Girl and the Gov, LLC, Maddie co-hosts and produces the highly successful podcast, Girl and The Gov, which has garnered over 550,000 downloads and features a substantial social media presence. Previous experience includes a role as Volunteer - Supply Vetting at Project N95, Distributed Organizer - Team Lead for the Tom Steyer campaign, and Development Administrator at Roem Development Corporation, where Maddie demonstrated growth in responsibilities and political acumen. Early career highlights include internships with the Gavin Newsom campaign and Athlete Network, coupled with a distinguished history as a Division 1 athlete at Loyola Marymount University, where Maddie earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
