Navanthika V has five years of work experience in content development, creative writing, digital marketing, and training. In 2021, they began working as a Content Development Specialist at Way.com and as a Creative Lead at WoodHead Creative, where they interpreted requirements and briefs of projects and wrote and designed creative content for social media publishing. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at IncrementumX as a Content Manager and Digital Marketing Consultant, where they managed content across all platforms and balanced creative and SEO text to ensure effectiveness of online marketing strategies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at E-Education Services as a Content Writer and Felicitator, where they handled the company's online presence and trained primary to high school level students on Communication English. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at BiBox Labs as a Consultant, where they mentored high school level students on projects involving automation technology and handled the recruitment process.

Navanthika V completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram from 2013 to 2017.
