Pooja Premkumar

Pooja Premkumar has over 12 years of experience in the field of training, coaching, and organizational development. Pooja began their career in 2008 as a Placement Cell Member at ISB&M, Pune, where they were part of a 10-member student body responsible for 100% placement of the batch of over 400 students. In 2009, they were a Summer Intern at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. In 2010, they worked as a Trainer, Coach, and Corporate Sales at Manford and as an HR Executive at Nexstep Infotech Pvt Ltd. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Learning and Development Consultant at Eastern Condiments P Ltd. and an Assistant Manager, Trainer - Learning & Development at Aster DM Healthcare. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Senior Consultant at Manford, where they worked with Senior Executives in Client organizations through one-on-one interactions and group discussions to arrive at gaps in teams/departments. In 2020, they became a Personal Change Catalyst and NLP Coach at Coaching. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Way.com.

Pooja Premkumar's education history includes an MBA in HR from the International School of Business & Media (2008-2010), a B.A in Psychology, English, and Journalism from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru (2005-2008), and Commerce with Maths from The Shri Ram School (2001-2005).
