From 2012 to 2014, they were a Learning and Development Consultant at Eastern Condiments P Ltd. and an Assistant Manager, Trainer - Learning & Development at Aster DM Healthcare. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Senior Consultant at Manford, where they worked with Senior Executives in Client organizations through one-on-one interactions and group discussions to arrive at gaps in teams/departments. In 2020, they became a Personal Change Catalyst and NLP Coach at Coaching. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Way.com.
