Shantanu Bharadwaj

Shantanu Bharadwaj has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Shantanu started their career at NCDEX as a Product Manager from September 2003 to February 2005. Shantanu then joined IL&FS Investsmart Commodities as an Associate VP & Regional Manager-West & Karnataka from February 2005 to November 2007. Following that, they joined Way2Wealth Securities as the Head of Business Analytics & Products from November 2007 to January 2012. At Way2Wealth Insurance Brokers, they held multiple roles including Principal Officer and Business Head from April 2012 to June 2021, Principal Officer & Executive Director from July 2021 to May 2022, and Director from December 2011 to the present. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. since June 2022.

Shantanu Bharadwaj has a diverse education history. Shantanu completed their FIII degree from the Insurance Institute of India in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an M.S. in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), New Delhi, from 2001 to 2003. Shantanu also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. In their undergraduate years, they obtained a B.Sc degree from St. Xavier's College, focusing on Statistics as a major and studying Maths and Economics as minors. Shantanu completed their I.S.C from Rishi Valley School in the years 1992 to 1994. Shantanu's education began at the Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's - Jamnabai Narsee School, where they completed their I.C.S.E degree from 1980 to 1992.
