Dr. Elizabeth W. Wachira

Dr. Elizabeth W. Wachira is a Liason Officer at Wayapay and has worked extensively in the public sector. Dr. has a PhD in International Development from the University of North Texas and their research focuses on economic growth, poverty alleviation, and women's empowerment in developing countries. Dr. Wachira has worked for the World Bank Group since 2013 and their previous positions include Operations Officer and Public Sector Specialist. In addition to their work in the public sector, Dr. Wachira is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University and has taught at Wiley College and the University of North Texas.

Dr. Elizabeth W. Wachira has a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Management from the University of North Texas, an MA in Dr.'story from Tarleton State University, and a BA in Political Science and Dr.'story from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
