Michelle Creed

Michelle Creed is currently the Director of Sales & CX at WAYB, where Michelle leads channel strategy and oversees various marketing initiatives to maximize sales and profitability. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions in sales operations, marketing analytics, and customer service at different companies such as Rowe Furniture, Home Meridian International, and Surteco USA. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNC-Greensboro.
