Ben George

Ben George is an experienced operations leader with a robust career spanning over two decades in supply chain management and distribution. Currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at Wayfair since January 2019, Ben successfully launched a new 1.2 million square foot site within 90 days of hiring, overseeing the recruitment and training of over 100 staff members. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Distribution at Acme United Corporation, where Ben managed distribution and manufacturing operations for over $150 million in annual sales, and Director of Customer Fulfillment Operations at QVC, responsible for over 33 million orders. Additional experience includes significant operational leadership positions at PVH and Gap Inc., focusing on performance improvement, budget management, and operational efficiency. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Augusta State University and a Supply Chain and Logistics Certificate from Georgia Institute of Technology.
