Morgan Joseph

Head, Field Marketing at Wayfinder

Morgan believes in the power of education to equip and empower students to unlock their potential and transform the world around them. She has spent the past decade trying to make that vision a reality.

Morgan’s career started as a Playworks Corps member in Baltimore City, building school-based programs that help kids stay active and build valuable life skills through play. Seeing the disparity in educational experiences within the city ignited her desire to support schools and districts to provide nurturing, student-centered learning experiences at scale.

Through a stroke of luck, next Morgan found herself at BetterLesson as they were building their Master Teacher Project. Over two years, she worked with 200 educators in 30+ states to create a library of over 2000 instructional videos modeling best practices in student-centered instruction. Her subsequent years were spent on BetterLesson’s marketing team, where she built dynamic programming that helped the organization scale from $0 - $15M. Since then, Morgan has had the privilege of working in a variety of educational and people-driven contexts in Boston Public Schools, Imagine Learning, and Imperative.

Outside of work, Morgan is a serial hobbyist and wine enthusiast whose interests span from endurance racing to competing in Strongman.
