Denis Plaksiychuk

Denis Plaksiychuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Denis started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at the Center for Computer Techniques in Kazan State University, where they provided technical support for computer systems. Denis then joined "CIT KSU" as a Technical Support Specialist, continuing to provide technical support and assistance.

Denis later worked as a Project Engineer at "TAIF-Radiotelecommunication Ink." and "TAIF-Intelset Ink.", where they were responsible for designing, installing, and commissioning customer networks. Denis also occasionally assisted with customer support.

Afterwards, Denis joined the "Apostrof TS" company as a Network Engineer and System Administrator. In this role, they provided technical support and performed system administration tasks, designing and supporting the company's network.

Denis then joined Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked as a Senior TSE, providing Level 2/3 technical support for GSM network equipment. Denis mainly focused on BSS hardware and software, but also supported NSS equipment.

Denis'snext role was at Penta Consulting as a Technical Support Prime S12. Denis was responsible for Level 2 troubleshooting of Alcatel S12 fixed exchanges for the Proximus company group in Belgium. Denis also assisted with troubleshooting for the OLO project, using their knowledge of ISUP, SIP, and other protocols to find solutions and make network configurations.

Currently, Denis is working as a DevOps Engineer at Waylay, a role they started in October 2020.

Denis Plaksiychuk obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kazan State University, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. After completing their degree, there is no available information on any further formal education. However, Denis Plaksiychuk has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they obtained the SCNA (Sun Certified Network Administrator Solaris9) certification from Sun Microsystems. In the same year, they also obtained the SCSA (Sun Certified System Administrator Solaris9) certification from the same institution. In 2005, Denis Plaksiychuk acquired certifications in Alcatel 1360 SMC 3.2.2 by attending workshops for TAC Engineers at Alcatel University in Stuttgart. Another certification they received in 2004 was the Alcatel 1000 S12 WR.1A Advanced Maintenance Engineer from the Alcatel training center in Moscow. In 2003, they received certifications in Alcatel 1000 S12 AMADEUS Application, Alcatel 1000 S12 IN-Handling on SSP, Alcatel 1000 S12 MSC GSM, O&M Engineer, and Alcatel 8338/60 HLR, O&M Engineer, all from Alcatel University in Stuttgart. Additionally, Denis Plaksiychuk obtained the Ericsson BP 50/250 Implement & Manage and Ericsson MD110 BC10 Implement & Manage certifications from the ERICSSON training center in Moscow in 2000. In the same year, they also acquired the Powerware UPS installer/engineer Prime/Profile up to 60kVA certification from the BIP service training center in Saint Petersburg. Recently, in 2021, Denis Plaksiychuk obtained the CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification from The Linux Foundation, and in 2020, they received the CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification from the same institution.
