Novneet has been working in the software engineering field since 2012. Novneet began their career as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2018, they moved to EVOS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they currently serve as the Director & Chief Technology Officer. Their role involves designing and implementing architectures for the development team that produces high quality and scalable software. Most recently, in 2020, they joined WayLit as a Senior Software Engineer.

Novneet completed their HSC (+2 degree) in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (optional geology) at Khallikote Junior college from 2006 to 2008. Novneet then went on to pursue their Electrical Engineering degree at IIT Hyderabad, which they completed in 2012. In 2013, Novneet obtained two certifications in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing from Coursera.
