Gerardo also collaborated with nursing administration in developing and implementing nursing professional standards, and applicability to quality improvement, education and research.

Gerardo's experience in training and development has been vital in their current role at Waymark. In this position, they are responsible for leading the development and delivery of training programs that support the company's business objectives. Gerardo also designs and implements training programs that improve the skills of employees at all levels.

Gerardo Jimenez completed an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD at the I.T.T. Technical Institute. Gerardo then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Bussines at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
