Stephanie Giaretta

Stephanie Giaretta is an experienced professional currently serving as a Program Manager for Commercialization at Waymo, where responsibilities have included leadership in talent enablement and recruiting operations since January 2020. Prior to Waymo, Stephanie worked at Google as a Senior Staffing Services Associate in Hiring Committee Operations from May 2018 to January 2020. Stephanie's career began at Stanford University as an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator from June 2017 to May 2018. Currently, Stephanie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, expected to graduate in 2026, following an undergraduate degree in General Science with a focus on Biological Sciences and Health Professions from Penn State University.
