Julia Kaye, CPST has diverse work experience in various organizations. Julia started their career in 2015 as a Social Media Coordinator at Ginger Deli, where they managed social media platforms. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the University of Michigan as an Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs Coordinator. In 2017, they interned at the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, specifically with the Washtenaw Success by 6 Great Start Collaborative. In 2018, Julia interned at Xanh Foundation as a Public Health Project Intern. During the same year, they also joined Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency as a Healthy Communities Nutrition Coordinator, and later transitioned into the role of Food Program Manager. In this position, they managed grant applications, ensured program compliance, and selected AmeriCorps Summer Service Members.

Julia Kaye, CPST, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology, focusing on the field of Sociology of Health and Medicine, from the University of Michigan. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification as a Child Passenger Safety Technician from Safe Kids Worldwide in October 2019.
