David Massaron

David Massaron has a diverse work experience in various leadership and legal roles. David currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Finance and Business Operations and Treasurer, CFO and CBO at Wayne State University. Prior to that, they worked as the Budget Director for the State of Michigan. David'sexperience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Counsel to the Mayor at the City of Detroit. David has also worked at law firms Miller Canfield and Dickinson Wright PLLC, specializing in public finance.

David Massaron earned their J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Michigan State University from 1997 to 2000 and pursued a degree in James Madison College.
