Carter Neal

Carter Neal has worked in various roles since 2006. Carter began as the Owner of a Sole Proprietorship in 2006 and then moved on to become an Assistant Director of Maintenance at Monroe Properties in 2010. Carter then joined Miller & Associates in 2015 as a Project Engineer. In 2018, they began working at Hourigan as an Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer. Currently, they are employed at WayPath as a Consultant - Software Developer and Associate Consultant - Software Developer.

Carter Neal attended James Madison University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a B.B.A. in Management. Carter then continued their education at the University of Richmond, studying Full Stack Web Development.
