Jane Holmes

Jane Holmes has worked in the Human Resources field since 2000. Jane began their career at Target as a Senior Human Resources Executive Team Leader, managing the daily people operations of a 115,000 sq. ft. retail facility with annual sales of $45 million. In 2008, they moved to Best Buy as a District Brand Manager for HR and Recruiting, traveling between 13-17 stores in Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA and Roanoke, VA to ensure standard operating procedures were executed. In 2009, they became a Technical Recruiter at Capital TechSearch. In 2011, they were promoted to Business/Recruiting Manager at Clarity Technology Partners. In 2013, they moved to CarMax as a Manager Talent Acquisition. Finally, in 2017, they joined RTS Labs as Head of People Operations, leading executives/directors/associates in HR strategy, performance management, recruiting strategy/team, creating a people-first culture, succession planning, and all HR/People operations for a startup environment. In 2022, they moved to WayPath as Head of People Ops.

Jane Holmes graduated from Ashford University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Organizational Management.
