Karly Barr Brown

Karly Barr Brown, BTM, CIP, CAIB, currently serves as the Commercial Underwriting Manager and previously was the Commercial Lines Account Manager at Waypoint Insurance since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Commercial Underwriter and Commercial Underwriter/Marketer at HUB International from September 2014 to June 2019, and as a Commercial Lines Administrator at Vancouver Island InsuranceCentres from December 2009 to September 2014. Karly's career began at Commonwealth Insurance Company as an Assistant Underwriter and Technical Assistant from August 2006 to September 2009, followed by a position as an Autoplan Customer Service Representative at Schill Robinson Insurance from February 2005 to August 2006. Karly holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management with a major in Recreation from Vancouver Island University, completed between 1996 and 2002.
