Joel has experience as an Operations Supervisor and Senior Boarding Officer in the maritime industry. Prior to that, Joel worked as a Customer Service Agent at DHL and as a Telemarketing and Sales Agent at Alorica. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Business/International Trade, along with a Postgraduate Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
