Daly Reardon

Daly Reardon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as an intern at South County Mental Health Center and Sequin LLC, where they gained experience in sales and social work. They then interned as an MSW intern at Community Partners before joining JM&A Group as a Talent Acquisition Intern. At JM Family Enterprises, Inc., Daly held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Advisor, and Corporate Development Analyst. They supported recruitment efforts, provided consulting services, and played a key role in corporate development. Prior to their current role as Director of Human Resources at Waypoint Residential, Daly worked as the HR Manager for LIV Golf Investments, where they oversaw HR operations in the US. Daly's experience showcases a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition, along with versatile skills in consulting, analysis, and project management.

Daly Reardon's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Trinity College-Hartford and studied Creative Writing. They completed their studies at Trinity College-Hartford in 2013. In 2014, Daly Reardon enrolled in Florida Atlantic University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, which they completed in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Daly Reardon pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, graduating in 2018. During the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University. In 2021, Daly Reardon attended Florida Atlantic University again to pursue an Executive Certificate in Project Management. Finally, in 2023-2024, Daly Reardon attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
