Natalia Barack

Natalia Barack has a diverse work experience in the real estate and events industry. Natalia currently serves as the Director of Business Development at WayRay since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Sales at EventyOn from 2015 to 2020, where they successfully managed a growing business with multiple studios across Europe and Asia. Natalia also held the position of Head of Commercial Leasing at Eastward Capital from 2012 to 2015, where they played a key role in leasing functions and tenant relationships for shopping malls. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at JLL from 2010 to 2012, focusing on tenant attraction and client representation in real estate. Natalia began their career as a Senior Consultant at Evans Property Management Services, LLC from 2007 to 2010, providing real estate brokerage services to a range of clients.

Natalia Barack completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Natalia obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from the State University of Management (SUM) from 2003 to 2008. In 2019, Natalia enrolled in the Leadership Development Program at the Harvard Business School, an alternative to the executive MBA program. Natalia completed this program in 2020 and became an HBS alumni (PLDA20). That same year, they also attended the Launching New Ventures program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, Natalia pursued their interest in Private Equity and Venture Capital Foundations by attending another program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020.
