Daniela Thermora has a diverse work experience in the mental health and human resources field. Daniela began their career as a Mental Health Counselor at Walden Behavioral Care in December 2015 and worked there until July 2017. Daniela then joined Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in September 2017, initially working as a Clinician until February 2020. Daniela then transitioned to the role of Career Development Coordinator until July 2021. Daniela briefly left Wayside and returned as a Career Development Coordinator from an unspecified start date until August 2021. Daniela Thermora's most recent role is as the Human Resources Director at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, starting in July 2021.

Daniela Thermora completed their education with a Master's of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, studying from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections as well as Sociology from UMass Boston, from 2004 to 2008.
