Robert D. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical operations and management. Robert has held various leadership roles in different organizations, starting from 1998.

At Wayspring, they currently serve as the Vice President of Clinical Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Monogram Health as the Senior Director of Client Partnerships, where they successfully managed key performance indicators, grew the largest account, and increased contract profitability.

From 2020 to 2022, Robert worked at Molina Healthcare as the Director of Healthcare Services, where they established a COVID monitoring dashboard and managed agency KPIs.

Before that, at Evolent Health, they served as the Director of Market Clinical Operations. At Centerstone Kentucky, they held two roles: Director of Clinical Operations, Addictions Division and Project Manager of Clinical Outcomes and Data.

Additionally, they worked at Chestnut Health Systems as a Clinical Consultant and served in the United States Army Reserve as an Aviation crew chief and mechanic for AH-64 Apache helicopters.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Seven Counties Services as a Clinical Supervisor, Principal Therapist, and Senior Therapist.

Robert D. earned a Master's Degree in Expressive Therapy from the University of Louisville from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Fine Art (Double Major) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1996. Robert also obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) from the KY Board of Professional Art Therapists in 2002.
