Ben Koppenheffer

Ben Koppenheffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and revenue cycle management within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Success at Waystar since December 2019, Ben has transitioned through various roles including Director and Manager of Client Success, as well as Channel Partner Manager, following Waystar's acquisition of Recondo Technology. Prior to this, Ben held multiple positions at The Advisory Board Company, ultimately becoming Director of Technology Value Management and Director of Revenue Cycle Solutions, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and driving return on investment for a significant client base. Ben's career began at Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP as a Paralegal. Academically, Ben holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
