Carolin Fleissner is the current VP of People & Culture at Wayve. Prior to this, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Scope AT Recruitment, working with high-profile AI & Robotics startups. Carolin has also worked as a Brand Ambassador for NZME and as a Founder for CSquared solutions. As a freelancer, they have also worked as a choreographer and dancer.
