Jai Kapoor

Jai Kapoor is the current Head of Finance at Wayve. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Banking in Leveraged Finance at Investec from September 2016 to April 2019. Jai also has experience working in Operations at Revolut from April 2016 to August 2016. Jai has also worked as a Business Development Associate at FMCG Distributions Ltd from August 2013 to September 2013. Furthermore, they were a Management Trainee at Vital Products plc from November 2015 to April 2016. Jai completed the Ivy Scholars Global Leadership Development program at Yale University under the supervision of Dr Minh Luong in July 2011. Jai is also the founder of Summit which they ran from September 2010 to June 2012.

Jai Kapoor attended St Paul's School where they achieved 4 A*s at A Level and 12 A*s at GCSE. They then went on to study Economics & Management at the University of Oxford, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Jai is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds certification from the CFA Institute at the CFA Level 1.

Jai Kapoor reports to Alex Kendall, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Eric Barbier - Head of Safety, Sarah Gates - Head of Public Policy, and Carolin Fleissner - VP, People & Culture.
