Brian Glockzin

Brian Glockzin has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Brian currently holds the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Wayzata Country Club. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Sommelier at SOMM-SULT, where they focused on enhancing beverage programs for restaurants, hotels, and clubs. Brian also served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Minneapolis Golf Club and Food and Beverage Manager and Sommelier at Hotel Landing. Additionally, Brian has worked as the Director of Member Dining at Interlachen Country Club and as the Clubhouse Manager at KNOLLWOOD COUNTRY CLUB. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Wayzata Country Club, including Assistant Clubhouse Manager/Food and Beverage Director, Food and Beverage Director, and Bar Manager. Brian began their career as a Bar Manager at Bemidji Town and Country Club. Before entering the food and beverage industry, Brian worked as a Franchise Manager at College Pro Painters.

Brian Glockzin attended Bemidji State University from 2003 to 2006, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Additionally, they completed the Wine Fundamentals 1&2 program at ISG International Sommelier Guild, and obtained the title of Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
