Paul Compton

Paul Compton has over 17 years of experience in the football industry. Paul most recently served as the Former Head of Academy South UK at Wolves, starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Academy Recruitment South West at Southampton Football Club, starting in April 2017. Before joining Southampton, Paul was the Head of Academy Recruitment at WBA, where they started in June 2006. Their career in football began at Cardiff City Football Club, where they served as the Head of Academy Recruitment starting in April 2003.

Paul Compton attended Severn Vale Secondary School from 1972 to 1977, where they studied games but did not obtain a degree.
