Christoph Leonard Hesse

Christoph Leonard Hesse is currently the Product Management & Operations Lead at WBS Training AG, where he empowers everyone to drive and lead transformational change. He is also the Co-founder & Impact Consultant at Impact Circles, leading organizational development and high-level strategy initiatives. Previously, he held positions such as Senior Manager at enpact, Senior Program Manager at a different company, and Co-Founder | Ambassador Europe at Makers for Good. Christoph's experience includes spearheading global digital transformation strategies and leading sales and customer support for various organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Research-M.A. "Ancient Civilizations of the Eastern Mediterranean" from the University of Münster and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Degrowth: Ecology, Economics, and Policy at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
