Aditi Shah

Aditi Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and technology. Aditi started their career as a Systems Analyst at NCS Pearson in 2005 and later worked as a Systems Analyst and Business Analyst at Merck from 2006 to 2012. In 2013, they became a Business Analyst at Alberta Union of Provincial Employees before joining WCB-Alberta in 2014. At WCB-Alberta, they worked as a Business Analyst until 2019 and then became an IT Delivery Manager. Aditi later served as a Team Lead, Business Technology Analysts and Team Lead - Business Analysis - Health Care.

Aditi Shah completed their Master's degree in Information Technology from Gujarat University between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2020, Agile Project Management from Quadrus Development Inc. in 2019, Project Management Certificate from NAIT in 2019, Certified Process Professional Master™ (CPP Master™) from BP Group in 2014, and a Professional Development Certificate in Business Analysis from Grant MacEwan University Faculty Association in 2014.
