Paulette Handberg

Paulette Handberg has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service at WCB-Alberta since June 2000. Paulette has progressed through several key roles at WCB-Alberta, including Supervisor of Industry Support, Supervisor of Account Management Services, Account Manager, and Case Manager. Prior to that, Paulette worked at Nortel Networks from January 1994 to June 2000 as the WCB and RTW Coordinator.
