Cordell Easton

Cordell Easton has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Configuration Management. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Configuration Manager for William C Brown Inc. Prior to this role, they were a Service Transition Project Manager for ManTech International Corporation from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for providing guidance and oversight for the Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Test teams. From 2010 to 2018, they worked for NJVC, LLC as a Baseline Control Deputy and Senior Manager. In this role, they managed baseline configurations for Data Center, Enterprise Management, User Facing, and Transport service areas, in addition to configurations at partner and command sites. Cordell also participated on the IT/IS Change Advisory Board and Engineering Review Board. From 2004 to 2010, they worked for BAE Systems, Inc. as a Configuration Management Operations Manager and Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for daily tasking to satisfy Mission Element requirements and served as a liaison to the customer. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Desktop Engineer/Project Lead for Applied Information Sciences, Inc. and from 1998 to 2001, they were a Desktop Support Team Lead for the same company.

Cordell Easton holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which they obtained in 1995. Cordell has also obtained certifications from Microsoft, The Institute for Process Excellence, and CompTIA, including Microsoft Operations Framework (2010), Configuration Management II (2009), and ITIL Foundations, Version 3 (2009).
