Alice Bright

Alice Bright is a Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer at WCG since July 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with business and system analysts to understand product requirements and creating detailed test plans and cases. Prior to this, Alice worked at SoftPro from March 2003 to April 2020 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, executing comprehensive testing throughout the software development life cycle, mentoring team members, and developing a robust database for testing scenarios. Additionally, Alice served as an Implementation Specialist, enhancing customer configurations and training staff. Alice Bright holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
