Keith Nelson

Keith Nelson is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in network and information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at WCG since May 2022, Keith previously held the position of Director of Information Technology and Network Engineering at WCG Trifecta from September 2017 to May 2022. Keith's expertise includes designing and implementing complex LAN and WAN networks, managing technical teams, and overseeing the deployment of various voice, video, data, and security technologies. Past roles include Solutions Architect at VectorUSA and Network Engineer at Green Dot Public Schools, where Keith contributed to significant infrastructure projects and VoIP deployments. Throughout a career that began as a Network Administrator in 1996, Keith has developed a deep understanding of network systems and customer requirements, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
