Margret Brown is an experienced HR technology and talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in various roles. Currently serving as HR Technology Manager and Talent Operations Manager at WCG since September 2021, Margret provides frameworks for Agile Methodology and process improvements while continuously evaluating talent software for usability and effectiveness. Prior roles include RaaS Manager and Talent Process Specialist at the University of Phoenix, where Margret acted as Scrum Master and improved talent acquisition processes. Experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toyota North America and a Recruiter II at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Margret began the career as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager in roles at Volt Technical Resources and Aerotek, respectively.
