Larry Shields

Larry Shields has extensive experience in various roles within the media industry. Starting as a Producer/Photojournalist at WSAZ NewsChannel3 in 2004, they later worked as a Photojournalist at WXIX-TV/FOX19 before transitioning to WCPO-TV as a Multimedia Journalist. Larry then moved up the ranks at WCPO-TV, working as a News Operations Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Engineering. Larry also gained experience in regional management as the Regional News Operations Manager at Raycom Media, where they developed and implemented best practices and workflows for emerging technology. Additionally, they served as the News Operations Manager at WAVE-TV before joining WXIX-TV/FOX19 as the News Operations Manager. Larry's most recent role was as the Director of Community Relations at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati, where they created and executed comprehensive communications, marketing, and public relations strategies.
