Ashley Boven-Betz

Ashley Boven-Betz serves as the Head of People at WDHB since August 2023, focusing on developing strategies and processes that promote a culture of learning, creativity, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Ashley had an extensive career at Teach For America, where positions included Managing Director of Experience and Impact and Director of Design, Learning and Leadership Development, contributing to the optimization of participant experiences and coaching regional teacher coaches. Earlier experience includes serving as an Educator at Bruce Randolph School in Denver Public Schools, where significant improvements in student performance were achieved. Ashley holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and two MBA degrees from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and Regis University, respectively.
