Pete Ruiz is an experienced photojournalist with a robust career spanning several television stations. Currently a Photographer at WDRB-TV since June 2013, Pete captures live remotes for "WDRB In The Morning," collaborating with news reporter Lexi Ratterman and feature reporter Keith Kaiser. Previously, at WHAS-TV from November 1997 to June 2013, Pete shot and edited content for various news segments, covering breaking news and conducting interviews for Louisville's ABC affiliate. Additional experience includes photojournalist roles at WCIA-TV and WTVW-TV. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication: Media from Loras College and completed the Oklahoma News Video Workshop in 2003.
