Kendall Smith

Kendall Smith has worked in the technology industry since 2010. In 2012, they joined Diagram as a Lead QA Engineer, where they defined new standards and processes that improved team collaboration, knowledge, and overall quality. Kendall also created and executed complex test plans, release plans, and content migration efforts. In addition, they produced and maintained in-depth web-based training documentation, led training sessions, and guided the client towards creating accessible, well-rounded content. Prior to joining Diagram, Kendall worked at Ektron as a QA Engineer/Junior Project Manager. During their time there, they trained and managed a team of 15+ QA and HTML resources, developed test cases, and performed manual functional testing. Kendall also tested the functionality of the CMS to ensure content could be easily maintained and custom widgets worked as expected.

Kendall Smith attended John Tyler from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies.
