Lara Tait

Lara Tait has a diverse range of work experience in the field of advertising and marketing. Lara currently holds the position of Senior Manager Media Solutions and Brand Partnerships Italy at We Are Era since September 2022. Before that, they worked at the same company as a Senior Advertising Manager & Team Lead from October 2020 to August 2022 and as a Digital Advertising Manager from September 2019 to October 2020. Prior to joining We Are Era, Lara worked at Zalando Marketing Services as an AdOps Manager from July 2017 to December 2018. Lara also has experience as an AdOps Manager at alfemminile, where their role involved managing and optimizing various ad campaigns on different platforms from November 2015 to December 2016. Moreover, Lara worked as an AdOps Manager at SHAA - video interaction from April 2015 to October 2015, where they were responsible for setting up the company's AdServer and performing various technical tasks. Before that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Ambrostore Spa from January 2015 to April 2015, where they managed SEM and social campaigns for a Ford car dealer. Prior to entering the advertising industry, Lara gained experience as a Web Trafficker and Web Editor at DBInformation from July 2011 to May 2014, where they created and optimized web content and managed display campaigns. Additionally, they had an internship as a PR Intern at JIL SANDER in February 2006 and worked as an Account Manager at Ferrero from June 2004 to September 2004.

Lara Tait holds a Master's degree in Natural History (Prehistoric Studies) obtained from Università degli Studi di Ferrara from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage from Università degli Studi di Milano during the period of 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification in Deutsch B1.2 from Speexx in August 2016.
