Sharleen Ernster

Sharleen Ernster has over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. Sharleen began their career in 1993 as a Buyer PL Woven Seperates at Henri Bendel. Sharleen then moved to Armani Exchange in 1995 as a DMM Women's Apparel & Accessories. In 2000, Ernster joined Victoria's Secret as an EVP Design and then was promoted to SVP Design in 2004-2006, where they grew the swimwear business from a seasonal, single channel, direct only swim business with 2 sub-brands into a 365 day a year lifestyle collection with 3 targeted sub-brands, multi channel exposure including expanding into brick and mortar with sophisticated sourcing optimization. In 2013, they became the Chief Design Officer at Guess? and in 2018, they were appointed as an Advisory Board Member for the Responsible Fashion Movement and the CCLA Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. In 2019, Ernster became a Member of The Female Founder Collective. Sharleen is also the Founder & CEO of We Are HAH, a movement, a lifestyle, and a brand pioneering the idea that authenticity is sexy.

Sharleen Ernster attended The Hockaday School, where they obtained their High School degree. Sharleen then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing: Merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Sharleen also attended the Paris Fashion Institute.
