Brett Baldwin, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Donation Program Manager at We Are Sharing Hope SC, an organ procurement organization, since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Intensive Care Nurse at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from July 2020 to January 2023, specializing in a 21-bed combined medical/surgical ICU. Brett Baldwin had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy from November 1997 to July 2016, taking on various roles such as Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, Manpower Control Officer, and Facilities Manager. Responsibilities included managing personnel accessions, overseeing facility operations and budgets, and developing career paths for staff and students in the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.

We Are Sharing Hope SC actively provides organ and tissue donor services to over 80 hospitals throughout the state, as well as community education to more than 4.6 million people.
