Jessica then worked as a Client Account Manager at Kapow, where they facilitated the booking of unique client events. Jessica also served as a Conference Services Manager at the Luxe City Center Hotel, where they coordinated and planned various meetings and events. Prior to that, they were an Executive Conference Center Coordinator at Hilton Worldwide, where they managed on-site meetings for conference center guests. Jessica also worked as a Guest Services Agent at Hilton Worldwide, responsible for guest registration and resolving guest challenges. During their college years, Jessica held leadership roles, including VP of Communications at Student Alumni Ambassadors and Secretary at Lambda Pi Eta, Communication Honorary Society. Jessica gained event coordination experience as an Event Coordinator at The University of Arizona. Jessica also had volunteer experience at Verdugo Hills Hospital and worked as a Receptionist at Vector Marketing. Jessica started their career as a Manager at Froyo Life.
Jessica Cheney attended Glendale Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Communications. After that, they went on to attend the University of Arizona from 2011 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology.
