Bart Trench

Bart Trench is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since November 2015, Bart has held multiple leadership roles at Protective Life, including Head of Compensation and Benefits, Head of Benefits and Wellness, and Senior Human Resources Partner. Bart's prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo Bank from January 2005 to October 2015 and HR Manager at South Trust Bank from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Bart has been a member of the Board of Directors for Workshops, Inc. since 2005. Bart holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
